Incoloy 800 H/HT is a Nickel based Superalloy and belongs to family of Nickel-Chromium alloy. It is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with high strength and high resistance to oxidation, corrosion and carburization in extreme temperature exposure. High Carbon Incoloy 800 Alloy has higher creep and rupture properties than any other low carbon material. Incoloy 800H/HT is identical to Incoloy 800 except for higher level of carbon in Incoloy 800H, and additional percentage of titanium and aluminum in Incoloy 800HT. Incoloy 800 is majorly used in applications with temperatures up to 1100° F, where as Incoloy 800H and Incoloy 800HT alloys are normally used in temperatures above 1100° F for which resistance to creep and rupture is required.
