Incoloy 825 is a Nickel based Superalloy and belongs to family of Nickel-Chromium alloy. Incoloy 825 consists of Nickel-Chromium-Iron alloy with addition of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. This addition gives it unique quality of high resistance against heat, high resistance against oxidation and corrosion and also for its high strength and its usability in extreme temperatures. The nickel content along with molybdenum and copper, gives Incoloy 825 an outstanding resistance to reducing environments which contains sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
